Hi! Rafiqah here. As a mother of two wonderful girls, I’ve started on a journey filled with laughter and challenges. Despite being told that raising girls might be easier, I’ve had my fair share of tears and tantrums, for children, have their unique and smartest ways of keeping us on our toes.

After five years of grappling with PCOS, I finally started my path to motherhood. From rocking them to sleep to sleeping independently, from breastfeeding to the exciting transition to solid foods, each phase has been a steep learning curve.

Being a mother for the first time with my eldest daughter was an overwhelming experience. Now, with my second daughter, I wouldn’t claim to be an expert, but I am excited to share what worked for me. I hope I can offer support and encouragement to each one of you as we go through this beautiful chaos of parenthood together.
